Central Video Distribution

While the ability to provide convenient audio throughout the home from a central source is gaining wide acceptance, the concept of video distribution is less publicized.

It is possible to take a variety of video signals from a VCR, Media PC, DVD, front door camera, home automation system, satellite dish, or even a premium cable movie channel, and convert those signals to previously unused channels.

This approach makes it possible to feed all of the televisions from a central source and eliminate the clutter of electronics and converter boxes at each television.

The video source can be controlled remotely from any television so that now you can assign a location for all of your video hardware and software (tapes, discs, etc.)
